Your whole IBDP.
One second brain.
Every note, homework, exam and textbook of your school in one place, with exercises written from your own materials. Built by IB students, for IB students.
Whether you're a student, a headmaster or an IB coordinator, add your school to bring Bitta to your school and we'll discuss the details with you privately.
What's inside
Everything for the IB Diploma, in one app
Bitta turns your school's notes, textbooks and class files into one connected second brain. Every subject, every chapter, every deadline, and exercises that keep you ready for the exams.
A second brain for every subject
Detailed notes for every syllabus section, linked to each other like a map of the whole Diploma. Maths, sciences, languages, humanities and the core (TOK, EE, CAS).
- Notes split into clear subtopics with examples
- Formula sheets, key terms and command terms
- A knowledge graph that shows how everything connects
Exercises that level up
IB-style questions written from your own notes. Three levels per chapter, then a Legendary level. XP, streaks and mistakes that come back until you've got them.
Homework with worked answers
Every homework in one list with its due date, solved step by step and explained, so you learn the method and not just the answer.
Exams calendar and study packs
Every test on one calendar. Click an exam and get a study pack: what it covers, a checklist, a practice test with markschemes and a picture-based learning presentation.
Books and class files
Your textbooks split into chapters, with the review sets solved, plus every worksheet and class file sorted by subject.
Timetable
Your school week at a glance, next to your notes, homework and exams.
Made from your school's own materials
Nothing generic: the notes, exercises and study packs come from what your teachers actually use, mapped to the official IB syllabus. The more materials a school shares, the better Bitta gets for everyone.

For a limited time, Bitta is free for schools and students who provide learning materials to improve our algorithm.

When the project is finished, everyone who helped build it and shape it to perfection keeps using Bitta for free.

FAQ
Quick answers
What happens to the documents and materials we send you?
We add them to the Bitta database, so that every answer, exercise and study pack a student gets is based on real course materials rather than generic content.
Schools on Bitta work together: learning materials shared by one school help improve answers for students at every partner school. Please only send learning materials such as notes, worksheets, homework and presentations, and never confidential documents such as grades, personal data or internal school files.
You decide who sees what. A material can be open to every student at your school or limited to one class. For example, a presentation can be made available only to the class it was made for, who can then open and download it.
You can also send us your learning plan: what your students cover this year and what they are working on right now. We use it to give every student a learning plan that fits exactly where their class is.
Who counts as a contributor, and who doesn't?
Contributors are students and schools who help build Bitta. They:
- upload their learning materials and learning plans, so everyone gets better answers;
- give regular, useful feedback that helps us improve the app.
You are not a contributor if you:
- don't upload learning materials or learning plans;
- give little or no feedback, or feedback that doesn't help us improve.
Can a whole class become contributors?
Yes, and we'd love that. Every class that helps build Bitta also helps other IBDP students everywhere, and we really appreciate it.
If a class has five or more active contributors, Bitta is free for the entire class, not just for the contributors. It stays free as long as at least five of them keep giving active feedback and sharing their opinions on the site.
If the number drops below five, we'll message you and talk through the options together.
And remember: for now, Bitta is completely free for everyone anyway.
How does billing work for schools, contributors and students?
Schools. For now, adding a new school is free. We upload all of your files to our database, prepare the exercises for your school, create your school's page and set up an account for every student. Each student gets a starting password, which they change the first time they log in.
Students. For now, students pay nothing. Later, students will pay a small minimum fee (not set yet) that covers only the cost of running Bitta. We don't make a profit from it: Bitta is made by IBDP students, for IBDP students. We want the best for everyone who comes here to learn, but the site costs money to run, so we hope you understand why we can't make it completely free for everyone.
Contributors. Contributors use Bitta for free. To become one, open your profile settings and choose Become a contributor. As a contributor, you give feedback every day and upload new materials every week.
- If you haven't sent feedback or materials for 2 weeks, we send you a reminder.
- If there's still nothing by the end of that month, your free access ends with the month: from then on you either pay like other students or lose access to the site.
- After losing contributor status, you can apply to become a contributor again after one month.
Special situation? Message us and we'll find a solution together.
Does contributing count towards CAS?
Bitta itself was built by students as a CAS project. Contributing feedback and materials fits Creativity: you take part in developing a learning platform for students. It also has a Service side, because you help other students learn at the lowest possible cost.
Your school's CAS coordinator has the final say on what counts, so agree on it with them before you start.
Why not just use another IB revision site?
Bitta is personal to your school. We start from the materials and learning plan your school already uses and build each student the best possible learning plan from them. Generic revision sites don't know what your class is doing this week.
It costs far less. The cheapest subscriptions on other IB revision sites usually start at around $10 a month. Bitta is free for contributors and costs only the running costs for everyone else. The small amount we keep goes into storage and into future improvements, so every cent comes back to you as a better learning site.
We have more projects on the way. If there's something you'd like to see on Bitta, let us know.
